Digital Marketing & Events Specialist

Job Type:  Full Time

Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 Annually

Work Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven mid-level Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a passion for the mid-century modern and home décor sector.

Key responsibilities: 

  • develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Content creation- create compelling and information content for various marketing channels, including social media , email and website, print and events.
  • Campaign management and optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing , social media ensuring they are executed on time.
  • Lead generation: develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Report and analysis – monitor and analyze marketing performs metrics and KPI
  • Event coordination- plan and execute events, webinars and shows.
  • Brand managements- maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Business Administration, Communications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
